eBay is sunsetting their LMS API in April. We will migrate to the new Feed API to allow sellers to continue uploading and downloading feed files and reports.

Amazon offers Blank Box as part of their Multi-Channel Fulfillment service in the US. Linnworks will add support for managing Blank Box and FBA inventory as you wish for visibility of stock levels across the different services.

Amazon have released their new Selling Partner API. We are rewriting all our Amazon APIs to use the new Selling Partner API to increase selling efficiency and improve response time to customers. No new functionality will be released as part of this rewrite. That will be planned in once the rewrite is complete.

eBay's Trading APIs are now outdated and are being replaced with a set of new REST APIs. We are rewriting our eBay Download functionality to support these new APIs.

Amazon Fulfillment manages returns on behalf of the seller. This adds visibility in Linnworks so you can see returns and manage appropriately.

Linnworks will display which FBA orders were returned, the return reason, and how much was refunded and for which items.

Have full visibility of orders and inventory managed by the Walmart Fulfillment Service.

Walmart Fulfillment Services offers end-to-end fulfillment services for Linnworks customers who are selling on the US Walmart marketplace.

Amazon Direct Fulfilment is a supply chain strategy whereby Amazon transfers individual customer orders to the supplier to ship the goods directly to the end customer, products appear online as “Sold by Amazon”.

Members of Amazon's AVC Direct Fulfillment program will be able to manage these orders in Linnworks and self-fulfill with printed labels.

Improvements to Amazon Vendor Central to cover feedback we've received during the AVC Beta. This includes creating invoices from accepted purchase orders, visibility of which fulfillment centers orders are being sent to, and various other user and performance improvements.

We're working to improve the consistency of how you manage returns and refunds across your different channels.

Sellers will be able to manage the following within Linnworks and automatically sync with the channel:

This saves you having to log into those channels directly to manage those items.

We are adding support for eBay Multi location including eBay Buy Online Pickup Instore so that seller who are part of eBay's program can manage your orders, inventory, and locations for store pickup improving convenience for your customers.

Stage 1 will include Inventory update, Location Mapping, Order Download into BOPIS mapped location, Order Identifiers and mark orders ready for collection / collected.
